Refund of the price paid for the subscription will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request and subject to our confirmation that you have not accessed our digital products and services at any time before cancellation.

Ending any subscription where we are not at fault and there is no right to a refund.

You can end a subscription early by emailing but you may have to pay us compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your cancellation and you will have to pay for your subscription as set out in your contract. Your access to our digital products and services will be terminated when you end your subscription.
