Stockley’s Drug Interactions update with new and revised monographs. 

This update a new monoclonal antibodies chapter has been created, bringing all the monographs for these drugs into one place within the publication. The sections on the NRTIS and NNRTIs have been completely re-validated and updated. New drugs added for this update include abemaciclib, eluxadoline, lesinurad, ribociclib, sacubitril, and selexipag.

Stockley’s Drug Interactions updated with new and revised monographs

This update contains 42 new monographs and over 300 existing monographs have been updated. In light of the changes to the US Food and Drug Administration’s Tables of Substrates, Inhibitors and Inducers, the classification tables of inhibitors, inducers, and substrates of CYP450 enzymes have been updated, along with their corresponding monographs. The sections on the COMT inhibitors, dopamine agonists, and levodopa have been completely re-validated and updated. The linezolid monographs have also been revised, with the addition of tedizolid. Other drugs added for this updated include isavuconazole and opicapone.

Stockley’s Drug Interactions updated with new and revised monographs

This update contains 53 new monographs, and 78 existing monographs have been updated. Cangrelor, carfilzomib, idelalisib, ixazomib, olaparib, palbociclib, and rucaparib have been added for this update. Several sections have been completely re-validated and updated, including those on aliskiren and ticagrelor. New additions and changes have been made to Table 9.2 (Drugs causing QT prolongation and torsade de pointes).
